What is included in a standard HVAC maintenance service?

Standard HVAC maintenance includes a seasonal tune-up with a multi-point inspection, performance testing, and cleaning. Technicians check electrical components, calibrate the thermostat and safety controls, verify refrigerant levels and system pressures, and test combustion/efficiency where applicable. Service includes coil cleaning, filter replacement, drain line clearing, motor lubrication, belt and airflow checks, and control diagnostics. We also service humidifiers, HRVs/ERVs, and IAQ equipment. You receive a written performance report with recommended improvements. Serving Flint, Fenton, and nearby communities.
